SIKAP Recognition Rites

SIKAP Scholar-awardees are requested to submit/upload the following materials on or before August 26, 2026 (Wednesday):

1. Photographs – Submit photos showing the scholar in academic gown, in business attire and in an actual undertaking of a scholar. A maximum of five (5) photos may be submitted.
2. Short Video on Scholarship Journey – A video highlighting your SIKAP scholarship journey, with a maximum duration of one (1) minute; and
3. Testimonial Video – A testimonial sharing your experience and insights as a SIKAP scholar, with a duration of two (2) to three (3) minutes.

Data and information in this form are intended exclusively for this activity. This will be kept by the process owner for the purpose of verifying and authenticating the identity of the participants. Serving other purposes not intended by the process owner is a violation of the Data Privacy Act of 2012.
